Once they get into your home they use scare tactics to up sell you things you do not need. Or tell you your house is no longer up to code... annex "H" in the national electric code says if it was built under a previous edition of the code it complies with the current code as long as there are no serious hazards, serious hazards are Defined by the building official at your local building department not KMA. Be prepared to be sold and charged for services you Absolutely do not need!!!
I called KMA for a tank-less hot water heater 220 hook up. They came out and did a great job hooking up everything that was needed. I had one issue. Leslie and I had a great conversation on the phone. The owner of KMA "Kelley" came out to my home and solved the issue. I was very impressed with KMA's customer service. You don't find that anymore.
