I have so many good things to say about Kelley’s Flowers.
I called from Cleveland and ordered the "arrive in style" bouquet 24 hours before they needed to be delivered to my mom’s salon for her birthday. The flowers were beautiful! They gave me the heads up that they’d just received the delivery of white lilies that day so they weren’t quite open yet, and fluffed the arrangement with other flowers to compensate.
The woman who helped with the phone order was so kind and charming and the price was great for such a beautiful bouquet of pink roses, white asiatic lilies, alstroemeria, cushion spray chrysanthemums and statice.
This won’t be my last time ordering from Kelley’s!
They also accommodated a rather small 3-hour delivery window, which I was incredibly thankful for.
My wife did not receive what I ordered. After repeated phone calls and emails along with the picture of what was received along with the picture I ordered, I received no follow up call or even just an apology. For what it is worth, the flowers delivered were nice in there own right, just not nearly close to the picture on the web site and worth the amount of money I paid.
