Called at 10 am and inquired about purchasing a hitch without the install. I was told the hitch was available and they said they could install that day at almost any time, so I made an appointment for noon. I found ways to burn up the 2 hours, only to go in and be told that the mechanic was not available and wouldn't be until Tuesday. So, I asked about my original plan which was to just purchase the hitch and install it on my own. After waiting in the store, the part was not even available. No attempt at a solution was made. They will not receive any business from me from this point on.
Everytime i mention hitches I get disconnected immediately

Good service. Trucks are in good condition. Excellent selection of living supplies. Good location, convenient hours.
After 30 minutes of being put on hold and being tranfered or just hung up on i gave up trying to get a hitch for my car.....
