The staff here is wonderful and it's super easy to get an appointment. We recently had a dog pass away and everyone in the office was very supportive and caring. We had our dog cremated and were pleased by how easy and quick the process was. I just picked up the urn yesterday and was grateful that they included a cutting of fur and a paw print. Those little things mean so much.
Everyone was so attentive and thorough. I left feeling educated on her care and treatment. I Highly recommend .
Took my puppy there today....staff was awesome.... doctor answered all my questions and was very helpful.... I will be bringing my fur baby back...thanks for all your help
Worst experience of my life! For one, they didn't inform us when we made the appointment that we could not be in the room when our dog passed. We were informed after we paid. They told us we could have as much time as we needed. Yet a different employee came in every 5 minutes asking if we were ready. I don't appreciate being rushed. I understand they close at 7 and you all probably have your own families and pets to go home to but if you can't show respect you shouldn't be working at a vets office. When I made the appt we were told it would be quiet in the office and it was anything but. Yelling, slamming doors. Unacceptable. All we wanted was some peace and quiet to say goodbye to our dog. Will not come back here and I do not recommend it.
Found a kitten a few days ago and it took a sudden turn for the worse. I called 5 vets, trying to get this guy taken care of. When i called them, they offered phone numbers to rescues to see if they could sponsor him. Didn't get a sponsor but was able to make it in to get him seen. They worked in my budget (darn day before payday), were amazingly helpful and reassuring. I can't thank them enough.
